2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1117 on page 22,
3 by replacing line 16 with the following:
4 "December 18, 1986 by the City of Moline, or
5 (L) if the ordinance was adopted on January 23,
6 1991 by the City of East St. Louis."; and
7 on page 47, line 18, after "Moline", by inserting the
8 following:
9 ", or (L) if the ordinance was adopted on January 23, 1991 by
10 the City of East St. Louis".
