1 AN ACT concerning the Department of Commerce and
2 Community Affairs.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Department of Commerce and Community
6 Affairs Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
7 amended by adding Section 605-337 as follows:
8 (20 ILCS 605/605-337 new)
9 Sec. 605-337. Report. The Department of Commerce and
10 Community Affairs shall report, on or before March 31 of each
11 year, to the Governor and the General Assembly with respect
12 to all economic development programs administered by the
13 Department. The report shall evaluate the effectiveness of
14 each program and make recommendations for legislative
15 changes.
