2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 933 on page 3,
3 line 24, after "Illinois.", by inserting ""Hospital
4 affiliate" does not include a health maintenance organization
5 regulated under the Health Maintenance Organization Act.";
6 and
7 on page 4, by replacing lines 30 and 31 with "or otherwise
8 investigate the activities of a hospital affiliate not
9 otherwise required to be licensed.".
