2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 832 on page 1, in
3 line 12 by inserting after "Governor." the following:
4 "The Governor may not approve leases under this Section
5 during the period beginning 90 days before a gubernatorial
6 election and ending 90 days after that gubernatorial
7 election.".
