1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 653
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 653 on page 3,
3 after line 28, by inserting the following:
4 "(b-5) If a vicious dog is impounded under subsection
5 (b), it must be either spayed or neutered within 30 days
6 after the impoundment. The owner of the dog is liable for
7 the cost of the spaying or neutering.".
