1 AN ACT concerning mobile home parks.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act
5 is amended by adding Sections 27 and 28 as follows:
6 (765 ILCS 745/27 new)
7 Sec. 27. Mobile Home Park Ombudsman.
8 (a) There is created the Mobile Home Park Ombudsman,
9 hereinafter referred to as the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman shall
10 be appointed by the Director of Public Health and shall be an
11 employee of the Department of Public Health.
