1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 20
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 20 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 30 through 34 with the following:
4 "(E) the person, in committing a violation of
5 paragraph (a) while driving at any speed in a school
6 speed zone at a time when a speed limit of 20 miles per
7 hour was in effect under subsection (a) of Section 11-605
8 of this Code, was involved in a motor vehicle accident
9 that resulted in bodily harm, other than great bodily
10 harm or permanent disability or disfigurement, to another
11 person, when the violation of paragraph (a) was a
12 proximate cause of the bodily harm."; and
13 on page 5, by deleting lines 1 through 3.
