1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives extend a warm and hearty welcome to Charles
4 Joseph Zickus, IV, who came into this world on August 27,
5 2001, at 5:23 PM, weighing in at 8 pounds and 8 ounces and
6 being 22-3/4 inches in length; and
7 WHEREAS, The joy of his arrival was shared by the members
8 of his family, including his proud parents, Charles Joseph
9 Zickus, III, DVM, MS, and Candee Joy Zickus, his grandparents
10 Charles J. Zickus, Jr., and State Representative Anne Zickus
11 and B.L. Brooks, Jr. and Deborah S. Brooks; and
12 WHEREAS, Charles Joseph Zickus, IV, was also welcomed
13 into this world by his aunt, Kathleen Martens, uncle Chad and
14 aunt Jill Brooks, and uncle Joel and aunt Terrie Brooks; his
15 cousins, Matthew and Samantha Martens and Addie Brooks; his
16 great aunts and uncles, William Zickus, Joan Greenhoff, Nancy
17 and Michael Cummings, Gail Carlson, and in spirit, the late
18 Adrienne Warneke; his great grandmother, Louise Strickland;
19 and in spirit, his great grandparents, the late Sid
20 Strickland, B.L., Sr. and Betty Brooks, Charles, Sr. and
21 Eleanor Zickus, and the late William and Julia Greenhoff;
22 therefore, be it
23 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
24 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
25 we congratulate Charles Joseph Zickus, IV, on his birthday
26 and wish him good health and happiness throughout his
27 lifetime; and be it further
28 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
29 presented to Charles Joseph Zickus, IV.
