92_HJ0062 1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 3 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE 4 SENATE CONCURRING HERE, that the two Houses shall convene in 5 Joint Session on Wednesday, February 20, 2002 at the hour of 6 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his Excellency 7 Governor George Ryan present to the General Assembly his 8 Report on the Condition of the State, required by Article V, 9 Section 13, of the Constitution of the State of Illinois and 10 to hear the Budget Message for Fiscal Year 2003, as required 11 by Chapter 15, Act 20/38, of the Illinois Compiled Statues.
