1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. In addition to any other amounts that may be
5 appropriated, the amount of $5,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Grain
7 Insurance Corporation for payments pursuant to the Grain Code
8 related to the failure of Ty-Walk Liquid Sales, Inc. The
9 Comptroller and the Treasurer shall take the necessary action
10 to implement this Section upon it becoming law.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
