1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5941
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 5941 as follows:
3 on page 6, by replacing lines 23 through 26 with the
4 following:
5 "38. Is under 21 years of age and has purchased or
6 attempted to purchase alcoholic liquor, as defined in
7 Section 1-3.05 of the Liquor Control Act of 1934, from
8 any retailer duly licensed under the Liquor Control Act
9 of 1934, or has consumed alcoholic liquor on the licensed
10 premises of any licensed retailer. This Section does not
11 apply to persons participating in duly authorized
12 compliance operations under Section 6-16.1 of the Liquor
13 Control Act of 1934.".
