1 AN ACT concerning health information.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Personnel Code is amended by changing
5 Section 14 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 415/14) (from Ch. 127, par. 63b114)
7 Sec. 14. Records of the Department of Central Management
8 Services. The records of the Department, including original
9 and promotional eligible registers, except such records as
10 the rules may properly require to be held confidential for
11 reasons of public policy, shall be public records and shall
12 be open to public inspection, subject to reasonable
13 regulations as to the time and manner of inspection that
14 which may be prescribed by the Director.
