The Board of Higher Education Act is amended 5 by changing Section 9 as follows: 6 (110 ILCS 205/9) (from Ch. 144, par. 189) 7 Sec. 9. Powers and duties. The Board shall exercise the 8 powers and duties specified in the following Sections 9 preceding Section 10 in addition to those otherwise specified 10 in this Act. 11 (Source: P.A. 85-1019.)
