1 AN ACT concerning family law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Parental Notice of Abortion Act of 1995
5 is amended by changing Section 45 as follows:
6 (750 ILCS 70/45)
7 Sec. 45. Immunity. Any physician who, in good faith,
8 provides notice in accordance with Section 15 or relies on an
9 exception under Section 20 is shall not be subject to any
10 type of civil or criminal liability or discipline for
11 unprofessional conduct for failure to give required notice.
