1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4978
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4978 on page 2,
3 line 9, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "If the cemetery trustees also act as the cemetery
5 caretakers, then the cemetery trustees may be paid
6 compensation not to exceed $5,000 per year, as may be fixed
7 by the Township Board of Trustees.".
