1 AN ACT relating to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
5 Section 14-1.11b as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/14-1.11b) (from Ch. 122, par. 14-1.11b)
7 Sec. 14-1.11b. Resident district; applicability. The
8 provisions of Sections 14-1.11 and 14-1.11a shall be used to
9 determine the resident district in all cases where special
10 education services and facilities are provided pursuant to
11 this Article 14.
