1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Streamlined Sales Tax System for the 21st
5 Century Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 170/1)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on May 15, 2002)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
9 Streamlined Sales Tax System for the 21st Century Act.
