1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4411
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4411 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 19 through 26 with the following:
4 "(24) Dangers to the safety of the public,
5 including discussion of and the planning of procedures
6 and use of personnel and equipment to respond to an act
7 of terrorism."; and
8 on page 7, in line 5 by inserting ", vulnerability or risk
9 assessments," after "plans"; and
10 on page 10, by replacing lines 11 through 16 with the
11 following:
12 "power plants, transmission and distribution facilities,
13 nuclear facilities, public buildings, water treatment
14 facilities, and public transportation facilities,
15 architectural, engineering, and building plans, schematics,
16 blueprints, and atlases, and any other construction related
17 and operational plans or vulnerability and risk assessments
18 for such facilities, to the extent that disclosure would
19 compromise security.".
