1 AN ACT concerning capital development.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
5 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
7 Sec. 10.17. Mary Brown Community Center renovation. To
8 make grants to the City of East St. Louis to be used to
9 renovate the Mary Brown Community Center in East St. Louis.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
