1 AN ACT concerning ports.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Regional Port District Publicity Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 1840/1) (from Ch. 19, par. 492)
7 Sec. 1. Publicity. The Board of Economic Development
8 shall publicize the facilities of the several regional port
9 districts of Illinois and the department of the port of
10 Chicago.
11 The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may be
12 necessary, is appropriated to the Board for the
13 administration of this Act.
