1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4211
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4211 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following:
4 "the current address of a recipient who was a victim of a
5 felony or a witness to a felony shall be made available upon
6 request to a State's Attorney of this State or a State's
7 Attorney's investigator. Information shall also be disclosed
8 to"; and
9 on page 9, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the
10 following:
11 "upon request, the current address or, if the current address
12 is unavailable, current employer information, if available,
13 of a victim of a felony or a witness to a felony or a person
14 against whom an arrest warrant is outstanding.".
