1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4117
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4117 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "Student-initiated" with
4 "Voluntarily initiated"; and
5 on page 1, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with the
6 following:
7 "voluntarily engage in individually initiated, non-disruptive
8 prayer that, consistent with the constitutional principle of
9 freedom of religion and the Supreme Court rulings on the
10 separation of church and State, is not sponsored, promoted,
11 or endorsed in any manner by the school or any school
12 employee.".
