1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4116
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4116 as follows:
3 on page 10, by inserting between lines 19 and 20 the
4 following:
5 "(4) When the Department lets bids for contracts
6 for food or commissary services to be provided to
7 Department facilities, the bid may only be let to a food
8 or commissary services provider that has obtained an
9 irrevocable letter of credit or performance bond issued
10 by a company whose bonds are rated AAA by a bond rating
11 organization.".
