1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4050
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4050 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:
4 "Sec. 11-42-2.2. The corporate authorities of a"; and
5 on page 1, by replacing line 13 with the following:
6 "products within the municipality at all locations that are
7 not are not described in a retailers on premise consumption
8 license issued under the Illinois Liquor Control Act of 1934.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.".
