1 AN ACT concerning State parks.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Parks Act is amended by changing
5 Section 3 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 835/3) (from Ch. 105, par. 467)
7 Sec. 3. Maintenance. In maintaining the State parks the
8 Department of Natural Resources shall conserve the original
9 character as distinguished from the artificial landscaping of
10 such parks.
