1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3461
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3461, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The following named sums, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the
7 General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy
8 Commission for the purposes hereinafter named:
9 For Personal Services......................... $ 5,948,900
10 For Employee Retirement Contributions
11 Paid by Employer............................. 237,900
12 For State Contributions to the State
13 Employees' Retirement System ................. 606,700
14 For State Contributions to
15 Social Security.............................. 455,000
16 For Contractual Services...................... 317,900
17 For Travel.................................... 209,900
18 For Commodities............................... 13,200
19 For Printing.................................. 10,000
20 For Equipment................................. 43,200
21 For Electronic Data Processing................ 33,100
22 For Telecommunications Services............... 264,600
23 For Operation of Auto Equipment............... 5,200

1 Total $8,145,600
2 Section 2. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as
3 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Guardianship and
4 Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for
5 services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and
6 Advocacy Act.
7 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
8 1, 2001.".
