 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3451,  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting clause and inserting in lieu

 7    by advance contributions.

 7    Robbins Resource Recovery Incinerator, Robbins, Illinois.

 8        Section  10.  The  sum of $117,000, or so much thereof as
 9    may be necessary,  is  appropriated  from  the  Environmental
10    Protection  Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency
11    for the purpose of funding an on-site monitor at the  Robbins
12    Resource Recovery Incinerator, Robbins, Illinois.

13        Section 11.  The named amounts, or so much thereof as may
14    be  necessary,  is appropriated from the Alternate Fuels Fund
15    to the Environmental Protection Agency  for  the  purpose  of
16    administering  the  Alternate  Fuels  Rebate  Program and the
17    Ethanol Fuel Research Program:

19        Section 33.  The sum of $750,000, or so much  thereof  as

24        Section 34.  The sum of $200,000, or so much  thereof  as
25    may   be  necessary, is appropriated from the Hazardous Waste
26    Occupational Licensing Fund to the  Environmental  Protection

28    Waste Laborers and Crane and Hoisting Equipment Operators, as

 9    thereof  as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the
10    close of business on June 30, 2001, from  appropriations  and
11    reappropriations heretofore made in Article 30, Section 49 of
12    Public  Act  91-706,  as  amended, is reappropriated from the
13    Water Revolving Fund to the Environmental  Protection  Agency
14    for  financial  assistance  to  units of local government and
15    privately owned community water supplies for  drinking  water
16    infrastructure  projects  pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water
17    Act, as amended.

18        Section 50.  The sum of $18,000,000,  new  appropriation,
19    is  appropriated  and  the  sum  of  $37,500,000,  or so much
20    thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at  the
21    close  of  business on June 30, 2001, from appropriations and
22    reappropriations heretofore made for such purpose in  Article
23    30,   Section  50  of  Public  Act  91-706,  as  amended,  is
24    reappropriated  from   the   Anti-Pollution   Fund   to   the
25    Environmental  Protection  Agency  for deposit into the Water
26    Revolving Fund.

27        Section 51.  The sum of $7,000,800, or so much thereof as
28    may be necessary and as remains unexpended at  the  close  of
29    business   on   June   30,   2001,  from  appropriations  and
30    reappropriations heretofore made in Article 30, Section 51 of
31    Public Act 91-706, as amended,  is  reappropriated  from  the
32    Anti-Pollution  Fund  to  the Environmental Protection Agency
