1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3443
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3443, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the
8 General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent
9 expenses of the State Civil Service Commission:
10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 281,400
11 For Employee Retirement Contributions
12 Paid by Employer ............................ 11,300
13 For State Contributions to State
14 Employees' Retirement System ................ 29,000
15 For State Contributions to
16 Social Security ............................. 20,200
17 For Contractual Services ..................... 57,800
18 For Travel ................................... 15,000
19 For Commodities .............................. 3,800
20 For Printing ................................. 1,300
21 For Equipment ................................ 5,500
22 For Telecommunications Services .............. 7,700
23 Total $433,000
24 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
25 1, 2001.".
