1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $16,300,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the
7 purpose of increasing by 15% the rates paid by the Office of
8 Child Care within the Department to group homes, day care
9 homes, and group day care homes as defined in the Child Care
10 Act of 1969.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
