1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $720,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for its ordinary and
7 contingent expenses associated with implementing the Assisted
8 Living and Shared Housing Act.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
10 2001.
