92_HB2428eng HB2428 Engrossed LRB9205342REtm 1 AN ACT to amend the State Finance Act. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing 5 Section 2 as follows: 6 (30 ILCS 105/2) (from Ch. 127, par. 138) 7 Sec. 2. Reports and accounts. Whenever the 8 constitution or any statute, in term or effect, requires a 9 report or account to be made or rendered by any officer, 10 department, institution, board or commission for a year, such 11 report or account, so far as it relates to receipts and 12 disbursements of money, shall be for the preceding fiscal 13 year, unless the calendar year be expressly mentioned. 14 (Source: Laws 1919, p. 946.)
