1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Pollution Control
9 Board:

11 Payable from General Revenue Fund:

25 Section 2. The amount of $40,000, or so much thereof as
26 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Used Tire
27 Management Fund to the Pollution Control Board for the
28 purposes as provided for in Section 55.6 of the Environmental
29 Protection Act.
30 Section 3. The amount of $30,000, or so much thereof as
31 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Clean Air Act
32 Permit Fund to the Pollution Control Board for activities

1 relating to the Clean Air Act Permit Program.
2 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
3 July 1, 2001.
