1 AN ACT in relation to mobile homes.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended by
5 changing Section 2.2 as follows:
6 (210 ILCS 115/2.2) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 712.2)
7 Sec. 2.2. Permanent habitation. "Permanent habitation"
8 means a period of 2 or more months.
