1 AN ACT in relation to public transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Downstate Public Transportation Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 740/1-1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 661)
7 Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
8 "Downstate Public Transportation Act".
