1 AN ACT in relation to employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Fair Wages Act.
6 Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
7 Section 1 as follows:
8 (820 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 48, par. 1001)
9 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act is known and may be cited
10 as the the "Minimum Wage Law".
