1 AN ACT making appropriations concerning historic
2 preservation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $500,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Historic Preservation Grant Fund for the
8 purposes of the Historic Preservation Grant Fund.
9 Section 10. The sum of $500,000, or so much of that
10 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Historic
11 Preservation Grant Fund to the Illinois Historic Preservation
12 Agency for the purposes of the Historic Preservation Grant
13 Program as provided in the Illinois Historic Preservation
14 Act.
15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
16 1, 2001.
