1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1710
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1710 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
4 "an interested director may lease real property to a hospital
5 district subject"; and
6 on page 2, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
7 "for the needed real property in the ordinance or
8 resolution"; and
9 on page 2, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
10 "value of the real property in the ordinance or resolution
11 approving the"; and
12 on page 2, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
13 following:
14 "(a-15) The conditions of subsection (a-10) must also be
15 satisfied as conditions precedent to the appointment of any
16 new director who at the time of the appointment holds an
17 interest in any lease of real property with the hospital
18 district.".
