1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $300,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for
7 subsidies and administration for a demonstration project for
8 subsidized taxi services for senior citizens in the south
9 suburban Chicago area.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 2001.
