1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $25,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State
6 Board of Education to expand summer school programs, in
7 addition to any other amount appropriated for summer school
8 programs.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2001.
