1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1033
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1033, AS AMENDED,
3 by inserting after the end of Section 1 the following:
4 "Section 5. Gulf War Veterans Memorial. A Gulf War
5 Veterans Memorial may be constructed by a private entity on a
6 portion of the State property in Oak Ridge Cemetery in
7 Springfield, Illinois.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.".
