1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 909
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 909 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:
4 "(1) post the information on an appropriate State
5 of Illinois Internet site;"; and
6 on page 2, by replacing lines 27 through 32 with the
7 following:
8 "In addition, the information provided to the Department
9 of Employment Security shall be provided by the prime
10 contractor or his or her representative to any person who
11 seeks employment directly at the job site at an office or
12 trailer where site business is conducted. The information,
13 or reference as to how to obtain it, shall also be posted in
14 an easily accessible public place at the same location."; and
15 on page 3, in line 2, by deleting ", in addition to regular
16 agency-specific forms,"; and
17 on page 3, in line 10, after "by", by inserting "all State
18 agencies and".
