1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as is necessary, shall be appropriated from the
6 Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund to the Department of
7 Commerce and Community Affairs to be used for Keep Illinois
8 Beautiful Programs that are approved by the Department of
9 Commerce and Community Affairs.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 2001.
