1 AN ACT in relation to special districts.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Metro East Solid Waste Disposal and
5 Energy Producing Service Act is amended by changing Section 2
6 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 3110/2) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7102)
8 Sec. 2. Short title Title. This Act shall be known and
9 may be cited as the "Metro East Solid Waste Disposal and
10 Energy Producing Service Act".
