1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 231
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 231 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 19, after "Act,", by inserting the following:
4 "all persons who have been convicted of a felony under the
5 laws of this State or any other jurisdiction who possess any
6 weapon prohibited under Section 24-1 of the Criminal Code of
7 1961 or any firearm or any firearm ammunition".
