1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 180
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 180 as follows:
3 on page 11, below line 10, by inserting the following:
4 "As used in this subsection (c), "authorized emergency
5 vehicle" includes any vehicle authorized by law to be
6 equipped with oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights under
7 Section 12-215 of this Code, while the owner or operator of
8 the vehicle is engaged in his or her official duties.".
