1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 175
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 175 on page 1, in
3 line 9, by changing "On and after" to "Beginning On and
4 after"; and
5 on page 2, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the
6 following:
7 "The Council may adjust licensing fees annually based on
8 the published Consumer Price Index - All Urban Consumers
9 ("CPI-U") or as otherwise determined by the Council.".
