1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 18-19.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 18-19 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/18-19) (from Ch. 122, par. 18-19)
8 Sec. 18-19. Education Assistance Fund. The State Board
9 of Education may make distributions of moneys monies from the
10 Education Assistance Fund, pursuant to appropriation, in
11 addition to such sums as may have been otherwise appropriated
12 for the same purpose, for any of the purposes set forth in
13 this Article, subject to the same terms and conditions that
14 apply to distributions under the several Sections of this
15 Article, respectively.
