1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 80
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 80 on page 2, line
3 12, by changing "person" to "entity"; and
4 on page 4 by inserting immediately below line 16 the
5 following:
6 "(j) Before bringing an action under this Section, a
7 person must, to the extent applicable, exercise any appeal
8 and review procedures available under the Managed Care Reform
9 and Patient Rights Act.".
