1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 68
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 68 as follows:
3 on page 4, line 9, by inserting after "Section." the
4 following:
5 "The contracting process shall require services to be
6 identified in a treatment plan, the resource requirements to
7 provide those services, the parties responsible for providing
8 those resources, and the process for securing future
9 treatment and supportive service and resource needs.".
