1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 26
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 26 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The Private Detective, Private Alarm,
5 Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 1993 is amended by
6 changing Section 65 as follows:
7 (225 ILCS 446/65)
8 Sec. 65. Rules and regulations. The Department may make
9 reasonable rules relating to this Act.
